Most people's attempts at weight loss fail because they fail to understand the principles of fat burn and they fail to address the psychological factors that are getting in the way.

When I work with patients on their goal to achieve a desired body weight, we go over the principles of fat burning, we assess for the problematic foods that they habitually consume, we come to agreement on the changes that they are ready to make, and then I use a combination of solution-focused interventions, hypnotherapy, and motivational interviewing to help them implement and maintain the modifications that they desire.
